I recently sold my residence on Taylor Lake in Seabrook. The property was listed by Karen Parker with RE/MAX South Shore, and I am writing this note to express my satisfaction with Karen's handling of the transaction. Several of her activities in this matter were, in my oppinion, outstanding and greatly appreciated.
Selling your home is usually more than a business deal for the seller because it has a large bearing on your daily life. Karen was always very considerate of this and would be certain to keep us fully informed on the status of all situations. As one example, a contract on our home ran through the Christmas holiday season and Karen was briefly in England. She maintained constant contact, including phone calls late at night ( England time) and by involving her husband to help with local communications.
Karen continually dealt with the special details of waterfront property and maintained a constant flow of showings to qualified buyers through numerous and varied techniques.
Also, Karen repeatedly demonstrated her depth in the real estate market by drawing on personal, professional contacts to address any obstacles that occurred throughout the transaction.
Our dealings with Karen were always pleasant and directed toward meeting our goals as the seller. I sincerely recommend Karen to anyone trying to decide who they want as their listing agent.

To whom it may concern: I am writing to say what a great job Karen did in selling my waterfront town home. She is an extremely conscientious person- always looking to protect her clients from the unforeseen pitfalls that crop up during a home sale. She screens prospective buyers to make certain that they are qualified to buy. She is very diligent in attending to ALL the details associated with the sale. NOTHING gets by this woman!
She is always on alert in keeping your best interests protected. She is very detail orientated. Her handling of my sale was very organized and professional. Several of my neighbors had their waterfront town homes listed for more than six months. I was prepared for a long sale campaign. However what I was not prepared for was receiving what turned out to be the final purchase offer within two weeks.
I received more money on the sale than I ever imagined I would.
On the flip side, after obtaining a purchase offer on my place, I now had to look to purchase another residence. I really leaned on Karen to find me prospective properties.
